Fradley Parish Council - Ground Maintenance Contract

Fradley Map 1 - The areas marked in orange are areas within the village that the Parish Council are responsible for mowing and strimming.

Fradley Map 2 - The areas marked in orange are areas within the village that the Parish Council are responsible for mowing and strimming. Item F1 and F23 relate to areas where our contractors undertake landscape and shrub maintenance. 

Fradley Map 3 - The areas marked green are grass verges within the village that are mowed or strimmed.

Fradley Park Bins and Location of Bins - Bins are empties once per week on either a Wednesday or Thursday. 

Please note that any bin emptying referred to on the attached maps for Streethay are charged to Streethay separately as of 01.04.2023. 

The current Ground maintenance contract will come to an end as of 31.03.2024, the Parish Council will be looking at going to tender for the new contract in due course.

Areas that are not the responsibility of either Fradley Parish Council or Staffordshire County Council may be unadopted. If this is the case the developer may still be responsible for the maintenance or the properties that front the unadopted area.
